金安國紀：成立覆銅板事業部 佈局移動通信

近日，金安國紀科技有限公司發佈公告，公司決定成立覆銅板事業部，專職將以下子公司：金安國紀科技（珠海）有限公司、上海國紀電子有限公司、國際層壓板材有限公司、金安國紀科技（杭州）有限公司、安徽金瑞電子玻纖有限公司作為覆銅板事業部的經營和發展的主體。金安國紀表示，公司設立覆銅板事業部有利於提高經營管理的效益，且也能更好的明確責任主體，並更好的鞏固公司覆銅板產品的行業優勢地位。同時，更有利於公司的優質資產往更有發展前景的資訊通信及互聯網行業轉型。
此外，金安國紀擬以發行股份及支付現金的方式購買姜天亮、徐小莉合計持有的普創天信100%股權，作價22.08億元人民幣，將佈局無線通訊產品終端。
據悉，普創天信是大陸國內領先的無線通訊產品提供商和“互聯網+”運營服務商，是華為移動寬頻產品的中國區經銷商。普創天信的流量運營等新興板塊有助於公司進行互聯網領域佈局，能夠使得用戶價值快速變現，為公司的產業升級提供了良好的發展平臺。(新聞來源：上海證券報)
