大陸財政部：2016年起適度擴大關稅降稅範圍

為促進進出口穩定增長，加強先進技術、產品和服務進口，增加有效供給，推進大陸國內自主創新和產業結構優化升級。大陸財政部發佈最新公告顯示，自2016年1月1日起，大陸將對進出口關稅進行部分調整。
2016年關稅調整將繼續鼓勵國內亟需的先進設備、關鍵零部件和能源原材料進口，以暫定稅率方式降低高速電力機車的牽引變流器、電視攝像機取像模組、純電動或混合動力汽車用電機控制器總成、無鉻鞣劑、牛羊油脂等商品的進口關稅。與此同時，將適度擴大日用消費品降稅範圍，以暫定稅率方式降低進口關稅稅率相對較高、進口需求彈性較大的箱包、服裝、圍巾、毯子、真空保溫杯、太陽鏡等商品的進口關稅。調整後，2016年稅則稅目總數將由8285個增加到8294個。(新聞來源：財政部網站)
