大陸：抓緊籌建大陸國家中小企業發展基金

大陸財政部、工業和資訊化部日前在北京召開了國家中小企業發展基金工作會議。會議就抓緊籌建大陸國家中小企業發展基金、促進政府引導基金健康發展作出了動員部署。
大陸財政部部長樓繼偉指出，加快發展政府引導基金是實施供給側改革的重要舉措。他就做好政府引導基金工作明確提出三點要求：
一是明晰政府引導基金定位，合理控制基金規模與投向；二是構建規範的政府引導基金治理結構，通過專業化市場運作來實現政府引導目標；三是提高政府監管和服務水準，營造政府引導基金良好的發展環境。 (新聞來源：雙橋大陸資訊網)
