《HKPCA Show 2015》臺灣港建攜手韓商Philoptics 在軟板市場丟下新的震撼彈!

具有30年曝光機銷售經驗的臺灣港建(TKK),擁有完善佈局兩岸三地專業團隊的產品售後服務、及對代理原廠智慧財產權的保障下,成功與韓國最高階軟板FPC 曝光機製造商Philoptics成功簽下Roll to Roll曝光機及壓模機的獨家代理權。
韓商Philoptics主要產品在於曝光機、壓模機、及鐳射應用設備，同時也是韓國三星的供應商。對於明年度的市場Philoptics表示將主推搭載LED光源的曝光機。LED曝光機優勢有三大點:
1. LED較UV燈管能量穩定度高所以與傳統曝光機相比壽命延長10~20倍
2. LED光源配合Philoptics專利設計可延長到8萬~10萬小時
3. 機台內部環境LED光源溫度低在使用精細線路底片與板材的漲縮將降低三度
同時他們目標設定為5微米細線路的防焊曝光機,宣告將在2016Q1導入市場。為曝光機市場帶來另一波的震撼。
臺灣港建(TKK)也表示有信心與Philoptics的合作讓Philoptics的海外營業比重從10~15%提升至30~40%。相信雙方的共同努力定能為軟板產業提高生產價值。
