大陸海關總署將減少進出口收費

近日，大陸海關總署近期頒佈《海關總署進一步促進外貿穩定增長若干措施》，以解決企業實際困難，使通關更便捷、服務更高效，促進外貿穩定增長和轉型升級。
《若干措施》共18條，主要體現在四個方面：一、進一步改進通關監管服務，包括加快推動國際貿易單一視窗建設、推動口岸資訊共用機制化建設、優化查驗監管機制、繼續推廣“雙隨機”抽查機制、實施統一社會信用代碼改革、推動增設口岸進境免稅店；二、進一步推動加工貿易創新發展，包括積極創新和複製自由貿易試驗區海關監管制度、推動海關特殊監管區域整合優化、完善加工貿易管理模式；三、進一步清理和規範進出口環節收費，包括放開電子口岸預錄入系統(QP系統)的准入限制、規範艙單傳輸收費、推動降低轉關運輸監管車輛收費、加快推動對查驗沒有問題的企業免除吊裝、移位、倉儲等費用的政策落地；四、進一步做好海關統計、打私、國際合作工作，包括加大海關統計工作力度、全力打擊走私規範進出口秩序、深化海關國際合作。(新聞來源：雙橋大陸資訊網)
