保監會明確強制投保“環境污染險”企業範圍 並開展試點

據報導，保監會日前介紹了與環保部近日聯合下發的《關於開展環境污染強制責任保險試點工作的指導意見》。其中，明確了強制投保企業範圍，包括涉重金屬企業，按地方有關規定已被納入投保範圍的企業、高環境風險企業。保監會財產保險監管部表示，目前大陸已經有十幾個地區開展了相關試點，投保企業2000多家，承保金額200億人民幣，以社會化、市場化途徑解決環境污染損害。（來源：中廣網）
