京東方第10.5代面板生產線開工建設

京東方備受矚目的全球最高世代線第10.5代TFT-LCD生產線將於12月2日在合肥京東方項目工地開工建設，這將是全球半導體顯示領域又一新的里程碑。
據悉，該專案是京東方與合肥市政府、合肥市建設投資控股(集團)有限公司共同合作，雙方將投資400億元人民幣。該項目將生產65英寸、75英寸、61英寸、70英寸等液晶顯示模組產品，設計產能為9萬張玻璃基板/月,產出預計可達300億元人民幣。
此前全球最高世代的液晶面板生產線為夏普在日本的10代線。合肥10.5代線的上馬，將使中國大陸首次成為擁有最高世代液晶面板生產線的國家。上馬10.5代線之後，京東方到2018年的液晶面板產能有可能將排全球第三，緊隨韓國的三星、LGD。 (新聞來源：百能網)
