大陸碳市場有望於2017年啟動

大陸氣候變化事務特別代表解振華，19日在大陸國務院新聞辦舉行的新聞發佈會上表示，大陸將爭取2017年啟動全國碳市場。目前，大陸正在積極考慮立法，出臺碳排放權交易管理條例。等這些準備工作完成後，建立大陸全國統一碳市場的條件就比較成熟了。
碳交易體系建立，能源產業將首當其衝；而新能源產業有望長期受益，一方面新能源企業可通過出售CCER獲取額外收益，另一方面可能受益於強制減排企業的在新能源領域的直接投入。(新聞來源：證券時報)
