宇宙集團12月將密集多款新產品 更好服務客戶

宇宙集團是印製電路板行業中專業的濕流程設備生產廠家。擁有超過27年印製電路板濕流程生產設備的研發、生產製造經驗；在深圳及東莞分別設立生產基地，占地面積超過110,000平方米；服務於全球1,000多家客戶。宇宙集團表示，12月初 HKPCA深圳展期間密集推出多款新品。
新產品一： 製作超細線路之尖端產品微分子精密蝕刻設備，它可製作超細線路25μm/25μm，精修線路毛邊，提高平均蝕刻因數達到6.0以上，提高產品品質及制程能力，提升用戶競爭力。新產品二： 端面研磨是宇宙最新研發之設備，採用垂直旋轉和左右搖擺式研磨，能高效去除塞孔油墨樹脂、電鍍銅粒，最大特點是解決了傳統磨刷研磨後孔邊凹陷及孔角銅變薄問題，提升產品良率。
新產品三：卷對卷連續電鍍設備，可生產最薄0.024mm帶狀產品，其最大特點是在產品連續通過設備電鍍槽過程中完成表面處理，並保證帶狀產品的連續性和完整性，大大提升生產效率，適用於軟性線路板（FPC）雙面電鍍。
此外，宇宙集團不斷的推陳出新並率先引入工業4.0智慧生產模式，未來，將採用先進的自動化聯網數控加工設備，輔以ERP資訊化管理系統，MES條碼管理系統 ；依託“生產高效、運行穩定、操作簡單、維護方便”的設計理念繼續致力於引領行業的發展，應對日新月異的挑戰，為客戶提供更優質的產品與服務。(新聞來源：宇宙集團)
