日本家電廠商輝煌不再 大陸廠商崛起

日前，大陸國內家電老牌巨頭長虹集團正式牽手三洋電視，獨家獲得其子公司日本三洋電機株式會社在中國大陸地區的電視品牌使用權，並接手電視業務。此次合作長虹意在借此提升整體營收及品牌形象，而松下則想充分挖掘三洋品牌的最後價值，整合三洋電視中國區業務有助於進一步增強長虹管道效率。同時，借助三洋電視品牌的全球影響力，進一步整合管道及全球資源、強化全球同步研發及回應速度、夯實全球供應鏈、拓展全球市場。
據悉，雙方合同的有效期2015年12月1日，有效期至2019年12月31日止。在此期間，四川長虹按其使用了許可商標的許可商品的銷售額乘以合同規定的費率的方式計算各期間內的使用費。
以三洋為例，在日本和東南亞，三洋牌的白色家電是海爾的；在中國大陸，三洋牌白色家電是惠而浦（中國）的，彩電是長虹的。
此外，松下的白色家電、小家電業務、液晶電視業務依然在運作；索尼電視的銷量現在已經完全被海信、創維和TCL超越，市場份額也在縮減；另一個日系家電巨頭東芝，其在歐洲、美洲和中國，家電業務多已出售，而其在東南亞的電視機、洗衣機工廠依然在尋找潛在買家。(新聞來源：中國經營網)
