大陸國務院：部署深化上海自貿試驗區金融改革試點

近日，大陸國務院部署加深上海自貿區金融改革試點，確定在上海自貿區內逐步提高人民幣資本項下可兌換程度，在上海自貿區研究啟動合格境內個人投資者境外投資試點。
會議指出，按照黨中央、國務院部署，不斷深化金融改革開放，把上海國際金融中心建設與上海自貿試驗區金融改革試點相結合，推進金融業對內對外開放，探索積累可複製、可推廣的經驗，有利於推動金融服務更好適應高水準開放的實體經濟發展需要。會議確定，按照積極穩妥、把握節奏、宏觀審慎原則，在上海自貿試驗區範圍內和已有經驗基礎上，逐步提高人民幣資本項下可兌換程度，對已經實施的自由貿易帳戶拓展功能。研究啟動合格境內個人投資者境外投資試點，拓寬境外人民幣投資回流管道。支持依法設立境外股權投資基金等。在總結滬港通經驗基礎上完善金融資產交易規則和機制。創新金融監管，探索本外幣一體化監管體系，加強跨部門、跨行業、跨市場金融業務監管協調，強化系統性風險預警、防範和化解。會議要求抓緊制定相關操作方案，為深化金融改革提供經驗，促進提升經濟活力和競爭力。(新聞來源：鳳凰新聞)
