手機品牌客戶價格砍過頭 台PCB廠醞釀拒單潮

全球智慧型手機市場需求趨緩，加上蘋果(Apple)iPhone 6系列持續熱銷，包括三星電子(Samsung Electronics)、Sony、小米、華碩等手機品牌業者受到衝擊，轉而下砍零元件採購成本，導致供應鏈怨聲載道。PCB業者透露，由於小米、華碩等業者全力拚戰低價手機市場，近期向供應鏈砍價幅度續增，部分訂單規模較小的PCB業者幾乎毫無利潤，近期醞釀拒絕接單，並逐步拉升其他產品出貨比重。
以台系PCB廠來說，入列蘋果iPhone 6及iPhone 6s供應鏈的臻鼎、台郡等業績大躍進，至於其他手機品牌供應鏈業績表現則不理想，隨著手機客戶出貨不振，面臨砍單及砍價危機。
PCB業者表示，儘管蘋果供應鏈不時傳出被迫擴充產能，或是降價接單，但至少訂單規模仍不斷擴增，整體獲利與技術實力大幅增強，至於其他手機品牌廠因苦陷中、低階戰局，利潤微薄或陷入虧損，紛著手下殺供應鏈報價，讓幾無利潤可言的PCB廠面臨接單抉擇。(新聞來源：Digitimes)
