工信部力推光伏企業兼併重組

大陸工信部副部長懷進鵬近日表示，今年1-9月光伏電池組件產量31GW，同比增32%，新增並網光伏裝機約10.5GW。他同時表示，行業生產經營情況漸趨好轉的同時，光伏行業發展仍面臨產業結構仍需優化，電池、元件等環節產業集中度需進一步提高；技術研發投入不足，技術路線單一，新技術、新產品儲備欠缺等問題。
對此，下一步，工信部將重點開展以下工作，一是繼續落實《光伏製造業行業規範條件》，推動行業規範與電站建設、補貼發放、信貸授信、出口退稅等工作加強協同聯動；二是落實《關於進一步優化光伏企業兼併重組市場環境的意見》，引導和推動光伏企業自願開展兼併重組，提升產業集中度；三是持續支援光伏企業開展關鍵工藝技術創新和前瞻性基礎研究，提高產業核心競爭力。四是會同有關部門繼續完善產業發展配套體系建設，強化標準、檢測和認證體系建設，優化光伏發電並網及電價補貼機制，破除國內光伏市場分割和地方保護主義，應對國際貿易糾紛，加強國際產業界合作。(新聞來源：中國證券報)
