景旺電子新ERP 推進其工業4.0步伐

近日，景旺電子歷時一年多打造的精品專案工程“Oracle ERP”成功上線，標誌著公司的資訊化建設將步入一個新的階段。據悉，專案分為BPR（Business Process Re-Engineering）和ERP(Enterprises Resources Planning)兩個關鍵步驟，經過前期三個月的BPR步驟的實施，包括HR組織架構調整和業務流程現狀診斷、7大端到端流程優化，再到ERP實施落地，專案實施範圍廣，模組多，涉及EBS、MES、Inplan、OA等多系統集成。
新ERP專案成功上線，必將使其實現成本控制、流程優化和財務業務一體化的目標，進而提升企業的核心競爭力，為公司逐步邁向線路板製造的工業4.0 打下堅實基礎。(新聞來源：深圳市景旺電子)
