京東方面板產能擴張 LGD欲建9代混合廠

京東方日前一口氣宣佈兩項投資案，一是在合肥投資全球首座10.5代廠，另外還計畫在福州新建一座8.5代廠，兩座新廠總投資額高達人民幣700億元，也是近年來最大的面板投資計畫。福州8.5代廠總投資約300億元人民幣，設計月產能為12萬片玻璃基板，新廠計畫在今年9月底前開工，2017年6月底前投產，這將是京東方第4座8.5代廠。合肥10.5代廠，瞄準65吋、75吋等超大尺寸面板，新廠設計產能為每月9萬片玻璃基板，總投資額400億元人民幣，2016年第1季開工，預計2018年年底投產。
大陸面板廠虎視眈眈要爭大尺寸電視面板龍頭地位，讓韓國面板廠備感壓力，過去一段時間也持續評估投資新廠的計畫。市場也傳出三星有意投資全球最大的10.6代廠，但是玻璃基板尺寸保密，還要趕在京東方的10.5代廠之前量產。
至於LGD則是積極往OLED電視發展，根據韓國媒體報導，LGD正在評估籌建更高世代的9代面板廠，並且是同時可以做高階LCD面板以及可撓式OLED面板的混合廠房，玻璃基板尺寸暫定為2950毫米×2500毫米，可以切割8片55吋面板或是6片65吋面板，經濟切割率超過93％。 (新聞來源：百能網)
