NB不振 瀚宇博撤四川

筆記型電腦產業不振，曾經風光吸引品牌、代工廠的大陸四川盆地似漸黯然，全球筆電印刷電路板龍頭瀚宇博正式鳴槍退出，註銷清算轉投資大陸重慶廠。
華新麗華旗下華科事業群（PSA）看好重慶發展為筆電（NB）重鎮，積極將當地打造為大西部生產總部，旗下華新科技、信昌電陶、精成科技陸續投產，集團成員瀚宇博也同步在重慶取得土地，但多年遲未動工，如今確定註銷清算。
瀚宇博、精成科為全球最大NB用印刷電路板（PCB）集團，精成科並是首家在大西部投產的PCB廠，如今瀚宇博退出，精成科在現有產能稼動率未滿，則暫停擴產計畫。
精成科指出，四川盆地內的NB品牌、代工廠營運規畫迭有雜音，再加上NB產業未明顯回溫，原擬去年底擴增月產能至150萬平方呎的規畫案，如今仍延宕，維持120萬平方呎。
過去幾年積極跨入NB領域的PCB大廠志超科技，轉投資四川省成都遂寧廠，就鎖定NB產業，原先也規畫去年底達到月產能150萬平方呎，如今也僅維持去年第3季就備便的120萬平方呎產能。
全台最大、全球第3大焊錫廠昇貿，當時重慶設廠是在就近服務主要應用端NB廠，如今也不排除處分重慶廠、辦理註銷清算。(新聞來源：工商時報)
