大陸財政部：將從五方面完善創業創新稅收支持政策

據大陸媒體報導，在國新辦國務院政策例行吹風會上，財政部稅政司司長王建凡表示，下一步，財政部還將會同有關部門，進一步研究完善有利於促進大眾創業、萬眾創新的稅收政策。
一是完善企業研發費用計核辦法；二是對包括天使投資在內的投向種子期、初創期等創新活動的投資，統籌研究相關稅收支持政策；三是進一步完善創業投資企業稅收優惠政策，適當放寬創業投資企業投資高新技術企業的條件限制；四是將中關村(10.28, -0.92, -8.21%)現行企業轉增股本分期繳納個人所得稅試點政策、股權獎勵分期繳納個人所得稅試點政策適時推廣至全國範圍；五是研究完善科技企業孵化器、大學科技園稅收政策，對眾創空間等予以適當稅收支持政策。(新聞來源：雙橋大陸資訊網)
