夏普與鴻海進行液晶面板合作交涉

據報導，夏普與臺灣鴻海精密工業正在就液晶面板業務展開包括出資在內的合作談判。夏普的液晶面板業務以智慧手機用中小尺寸面板為主力，其收益正在以超出預期的程度惡化，為切實推進經營重建，夏普計畫與日本政府和民間基金“產業革新機構”(INCJ)等，有關液晶面板業務方面推進合作談判。
夏普與鴻海存在合作關係，雙方的合資工廠在大阪堺市生產電視用液晶面板，今後夏普將拆分設備投資額巨大的液晶面板業務，預計將就接受鴻海出資、轉讓合資工廠運營公司的股份等進行協商。 (新聞來源：環球網)
