大陸工信部將制定《智慧硬體產業創新發展行動計劃》

工信部電子資訊司司長表示，“互聯網+智慧硬體”已成為大眾創業、萬眾創新的重要方向。中國資訊通信研究院積體電路與軟體研究部主任表示，目前大陸智慧製造產業從創新層面看，智慧硬體產品創新門檻高，創新資源尚未充分釋放。在技術層面，底層軟硬體和共性關鍵技術薄弱，產品同質化嚴重；在標準方面，標準和應用規範缺失，行業推廣普及任重道遠；在服務方面，公共服務平臺不健全，政策環境與創新快速反覆運算不匹配；在生態方面，產業生態碎片化，互聯互通問題抑制市場規模效應的發揮。主任建議，大陸應強化提升公共服務能力、加速產品創新反覆運算，通過構建公共創新服務平臺體系，聚合行業資源支撐高效創新發展，同時通過整合企業、科研院所技術力量加大對人工智慧基礎理論的研究，支撐技術應用創新；通過培引人工智慧骨幹企業和創新團隊，引領帶動關鍵技術研發和產業化運作。
工信部表示，為了更好地構建“互聯網+”的發展和創業創新環境，後續工信部將出臺“智慧硬體行動計畫”等相關促進措施。 (新聞：中國證券網)
