京東方與多所投資公司設計積體電路產業

京東方近日公告，京東方擬與國家積體電路產業投資基金、北京亦莊國際新興產業投資中心、北京益辰奇點投資中心共同發起設立積體電路基金，設立規模超過40億人民幣。該基金主要投資領域為顯示面板相關的積體電路上下游產業及其相應領域。分析人士表示，在資本密集沖向積體電路的當下，該基金視角獨特，僅僅關注面板產業鏈，不僅更易取得投資規模效應，也有助於與公司現有業務及資源形成協調效應。據悉，京東方經過多年積累，在半導體顯示產業積累了深厚的資源，與TMT領域國際、國內一線客戶和供應商夥伴建立了良好的戰略合作關係，可與擬投資的顯示相關積體電路領域共用客戶及行銷網路。 (新聞來源：上海證券報)
