年底搶進汽車板 志超再添動能

志超近年積極擴張版圖，目前是全球最大的光電PCB廠，近年跨入NB的PCB亦表現不俗，不過NB及TV市況不佳，公司亦加速跨入新領域，其中傳統材質發光二極體(LED)燈條(Light Bar)部分，公司已吃下大陸江蘇省江陰信捷正電子的經營權，擴大Light Bar業務。
志超表示，第三季業績將優於第二季，下半年業績亦會比上半年好；看好車用板領域，志超亦在今年5月29日宣布斥資2.57億元新台币取得台灣日立化成工業分割與減資後80%股權，台灣日立化成成立於1970年，是日商日立化成工業(Hitachi Chemical)100%在台投資，產品包括印刷電路板(PCB)多層板及組裝加工(Assembly)，目前主要業務在高雄加工出口區，PCB月產能20萬平方呎，應用端在汽車及薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器(TFT-LCD)光電控制等PCB，單月營收8000萬元至1.2億元新台幣；預計今年11月完成分拆後交割，正式搶入汽車板領域，為明年業績增添動能。(新聞來源：時報新聞)
