光華科技：定增5億人民幣加碼PCB化學品主業

廣東光華科技股份近日發佈公告，投向年產14000噸專用化學品擴產專案(募集資金投入金額2.5億元人民幣（以下皆為人民幣)、廣州創新中心建設項目(募集資金投入金額1.5億元)以及補充流動資金(募集資金投入金額1億元)。對於本次募投項目，公司表示14000噸專用化學品擴產專案產品具有自主智慧財產權、技術含量高、穩定性高等特點，其品質與國外同類產品相當，可改變高端產品長期依賴進口的局面，對提高國內積體電路行業的整體水準有著重要的促進作用，具有良好的市場前景。
