林洋電子擬定增28億元人民幣加碼光伏產業

林洋電子8月11日晚公告定增方案，共募集資金28億元人民幣投入300MW光伏發電項目和智慧分散式能源管理核心技術研發項目。其中，25.3億元人民幣投向300MW分散式光伏發電專案，2.7億元人民幣投向智慧分散式能源管理核心技術研發項目。
其中，300MW分散式光伏發電專案是國家政策所鼓勵的分散式清潔能源，項目的建設能夠有力促進光伏電站的應用及技術推廣。另一募投專案智慧分散式能源管理核心技術研發專案則是對包括智慧分散式能源管理雲平臺、智慧能效管理雲平臺和微電網系統平臺等能源互聯網核心技術進行研發，實現電力行業的資訊化改造。專案成功實施將有利於能源互聯網從概念向應用的轉變。
募投項目建設光伏電站並網發電後，光伏發電業務占公司業務比重將進一步提升，推進公司在新能源領域的佈局。此外，通過對智慧分散式能源管理核心技術進行研發，公司現有的業務板塊將得以有效整合，綜合競爭力大幅提升，為公司進軍能源互聯網產業奠定堅實的基礎。(新聞來源：中國證券報)
