發改委：完善中小微企業融資市場

近年來，大陸中小微企業發展迅速，資金需求旺盛，但融資滿足率較低，融資成本普遍較高。經濟下行壓力下，中小微企業融資的結構性問題更加突出，已經成為實體經濟轉型發展的掣肘。大陸發改委作從3個方面展開：
一、完善中小微企業融資市場： 構建良好的信用體系，為開啟健康的融資市場打造一把“金鑰匙”；理順擔保和仲介環節，為打通企業融資鏈條提供“潤滑劑”；提供更多低成本、長週期的直接融資，為銀行減壓、為企業增資、為投資增利。
二、開展中小微企業融資服務：政府主導的金融服務團隊，有效發揮了對接金融資訊、匹配金融資源的作用；政府出資的引導基金、扶持基金，有力促進了中小微企業轉型升級；政府牽頭的融資扶持試點，帶動了不同融資主體協作互動。
三、創新中小微企業融資金融產品：拓寬融資管道，發揮互聯網金融的特殊優勢；創新中小微企業貸款產品，提高貸款可獲得性，降低資金成本；打造供應鏈融資模式和融資平臺，發揮貿易金融服務實體經濟的獨特作用。 (新聞來源：國家發改委網站)
