大陸發改委：將制定出臺政府投資條例

大陸發改委5日發文指出，將制定出臺《政府核准和備案投資專案管理條例》，發改委指出，2015年上半年，按照國務院推進職能轉變協調小組要求，國家發改委會同有關部門，持續加大工作力度，將投資審批制度進一步推向縱深。下一步，發改委將重點推進以下幾項工作：一是制定出臺《政府核准和備案投資專案管理條例》，實行新的網上並聯核准制度；二是建立企業投資專案核准相關管理事項目錄管理制度；三是加快建設資訊共用、覆蓋全國的投資項目線上審批監管平臺；四是打通“最後一公里”，加快專案開工進度，縮短建設週期。(新聞來源：中證網)
