大陸能源局：推進新能源微電網建設

新能源微電網將是可再生能源和分散式能源發展機制創新的重要方向。大陸能源局近日對外公佈《關於推進新能源微電網示範專案建設的指導意見》，要求在電網未覆蓋的地區，優先選擇新能源微電網方式，探索獨立供電技術和經營管理新模式。
獨立型（或弱聯型）新能源微電網主要用於電網未覆蓋的偏遠地區、海島以及僅靠小水電供電的地區，也可以是對送電到鄉或無電地區電力建設已經建成但供電能力不足的村級獨立光伏電站的改造。“新能源微電網代表了未來能源發展趨勢，是推進能源發展及經營管理方式變革的重要載體，對推進節能減排和實現能源可持續發展具有重要意義。”大陸能源局相關負責人表示。同時，新能源微電網也是電網配售側向社會主體放開的一種具體方式，符合電力體制改革的方向，可為新能源創造巨大發展空間。（新聞來源：經濟日報)
