大陸兩PCB廠注重科研 收穫頗豐

目前大陸已經成為全球最大的PCB生產國，在國家政策的不斷調整及支援下，PCB企業獲得長遠發展。然而大陸PCB廠商也面臨著技術薄弱的問題，因此越來越多的PCB廠商重視科研投入。
大陸上市公司深圳博敏日前取得兩項專利授權，其中發明專利1項、實用新型專利1項，分別為“一種提高三階互調穩定性的高頻印製電路板生產方法”及“一種觸控顯示模組線路板”。本次授權的發明專利主要是通過對傳統的印製電路板加工工藝進行優化，有效提高了高頻印製電路板的三階互調指標，改善了傳統生產工藝中三階互調指標不穩定、一致性差的問題，從根本上提升了三階互調的穩定性，提高了生產效率，增強了產品品質。
與此同時，大陸另一大PCB廠商景旺公司-在河源市科技創新大會上，其申報的《應用於大功率LED的金屬基絕緣孔高導熱印製板研發及產業化》項目獲得2014年河源市科學技術進步獎一等獎。這也是景旺公司連續兩年獲此榮譽。此專案通過開發金屬基高導熱膠絕緣材料和攻克金屬芯印製板絕緣孔生產關鍵技術難題，並從金屬基印製板產品結構設計開展深入研究以彌補介質層導熱率不足，最終顯著提高金屬基板綜合品質和散熱效果，滿足大功率、大電流的電子元器件安裝需要。(新聞來源：博敏電子、景旺電子)
