今年大陸晶圓代工產值年成長10.5%

2015年下半年除中芯北京12寸圓廠B2與深圳8寸晶圓廠Fab-15將開始對營收產生貢獻外，華虹宏力預計也將擴充5千片8寸晶圓月產能，也將使得2015年大陸晶圓代工產業總產能出現5.8%年成長，DIGITIMES Research亦預估，大陸晶圓代工產業產能利用率由2014年88.2%攀升至2015年91.6%，產能擴充加上產能利用率攀升，將是推動2015年大陸晶圓代工產業成長另一個重要原因。預計2015年大陸晶圓代工產業產值將達39億美元，較2014年成長10.5%。
綜合大陸主要晶圓代工廠產能擴充計畫，包括中芯、華虹宏力、武漢新芯都已有具體建廠或產能擴充計畫，華力微電子、無錫華潤上華也都有別建新廠的打算，若再加上聯電與廈門市政府、力晶與合肥市政府所合資興建12寸晶圓廠。
DIGITIMES Research預估，產能擴增也將成為十三五規劃期間大陸晶圓代工產業重要成長動能，並將在2018~2019年，大陸境內用於晶圓代工12寸晶圓產能將有機會超過8寸晶圓產能。(新聞來源：DIGITIMES)
