手機 汽車 伺服器推升健鼎動能

印刷電路板（PCB）大廠健鼎公告6月營收34.82億元，隨手機板、汽車板、伺服板三大應用點火，扭轉前五月業績較去年衰退格局。健鼎表示，主要在HDI手機、汽車板和伺服板帶動，降低個人電腦（PC）相關及TFT板需求不振的影響。
健鼎面對行動裝置以及Server／Networking（伺服器與網通）、汽車電子客戶群需求強勁，在無錫廠具備生產基礎、湖北省仙桃廠新產能將逐步開出，使月產能達120萬呎，年成長五成。展望未來，健鼎等PCB硬板廠多看好，今年隨著全球新的4G智慧機與各式行動裝置推出、加上汽車電子與新創通訊應用回穩，將帶動新一波PCB採購熱潮。
健鼎內部已訂下今年湖北省仙桃廠的長期目標，要複製無錫廠的總規模。據了解，健鼎今年目標，在中高階多層板HLC、軟硬複合板等積極開拓新應用，在健全組織管理之際，管控中國大陸地區直接人員的流動率，維持品管。健鼎也配合生產節水政策，兩岸廠區產能動態支應不影響正常生產。健鼎目前兩岸最大月產能850萬呎，台灣生產僅約25萬呎、占比約5%。健鼎湖北仙桃市的新廠去年已完成第一階段擴產，除生產TFT-LCD應用的光電板，更能配合客戶擴增汽車板。(新聞來源：經濟日報)
