大陸國務院常務會議 落實重大專案等

大陸國務院總理李克強7月8日主持召開國務院常務會議，聽取國務院重大政策措施落實重點督查情況彙報，對落實不力的堅決處置整改。
會議指出，進一步抓好重大政策、重大改革、重大專案落實，對確保經濟運行在合理區間、促進提質增效升級，具有重要意義。
會議確定，一是各級財政將已收回沉澱和違規資金2500多億元人民幣，加快統籌用於急需領域；國務院將239億元人民幣中央預算內投資存量資金調整用於在建重大專案；對閒置土地處置不力的收回年度新增建設用地指標。二是督促加快鐵路、農村公路和重大水利等建設，保證完成全年目標。三是對涉農資金整合、放寬公積金使用、政務資訊共用等方面落實不到位的事項掛牌催辦。四是抓緊清理阻礙改革推進、政策落地的法律法規和規範性檔，加快修訂財政、投融資等管理規定和市場准入、產品服務等標準。各地要結合實際創造性開展工作，各部門要加強服務，説明地方解決難題。對明顯不作為、整改不力的要約談問責。建立健全常態化督查機制，確保各項政策取得實效。(新聞來源：財政部網站)
