大陸國務院部署加大重點領域有效投資 4大領域望受益

近日，大陸國務院又出穩增長“組合重拳”，李克強總理主持召開常務會議，部署加大重點領域有效投資，發揮穩增長調結構惠民生作用。會議提出將增加中央財政投入到農村電網升級改造等“短板”基礎領域，強調在盤活存量的同時採用政府和社會資本合作（PPP）等多種手段擴寬融資管道。
會議決定，按照推進以人為核心的新型城鎮化部署，實施三年行動計畫，改造包括城市危房、城中村在內的各類棚戶區1800萬套，農村危房1060萬戶，同步規劃和建設公共交通、水氣熱、通訊等配套設施。會議要求，要加快審批，做好土地徵收、補償安置等前期工作，並推行“三證合一”，將工商、質監、稅務分別核發證照，改為由工商部門一次性核發營業執照，是商事登記制度的重大改革，可以進一步便利企業註冊，持續推動形成大眾創業、萬眾創新熱潮。加快政務資訊化工程建設，推動政府資訊開放共用，推進市場主體資訊公示，在環保、食品藥品安全等重點領域引入大資料監管。
分析人士認為，根據本次國務院常務會議的部署，農村電網升級、政務資訊化、現代物流、城市軌道交通等領域有望受益(新聞來源：網易新聞)
