大陸國務院發佈推進"互聯網+"行動指導意見

大陸國務院日前印發《關於積極推進“互聯網+”行動的指導意見》， 《指導意見》提出，到2018年，互聯網與經濟社會各領域的融合發展進一步深化，基於互聯網的新業態成為新的經濟增長動力，互聯網支撐大眾創業、萬眾創新的作用進一步增強，互聯網成為提供公共服務的重要手段，網路經濟與實體經濟協同互動的發展格局基本形成。到2025年，“互聯網+”新經濟形態初步形成，“互聯網+”成為大陸經濟社會創新發展的重要驅動力量。
與此同時，《指導意見》 提出了：一是“互聯網+”創業創新，充分發揮互聯網對創業創新的支撐作用，推動各類要素資源集聚、開放和共用，形成大眾創業、萬眾創新的濃厚氛圍；二是“互聯網+”協同製造，積極發展智慧製造和大規模個性化定制，提升網路化協同製造水準，加速製造業服務化轉型等了11個具體行動。
此外，《指導意見》提出了推進“互聯網+”的七方面保障措施：一是夯實發展基礎，二是強化創新驅動，三是營造寬鬆環境，四是拓展海外合作，五是加強智力建設，六是加強引導支援，七是做好組織實施。(新聞來源：中國電子報)
