三安光電轉讓9%股權給國家積體電路基金

6月15日，三安光電與華芯投資、國開行及三安集團簽訂了《關於投資發展積體電路產業之戰略合作協定》，約定國開行、華芯投資與三安集團及三安光電建立戰略合作關係，支援三安光電發展以III-V族化合物半導體為重點的積體電路業務，擴大業務規模，提升核心競爭力。值得關注的是，為引入合作方，三安光電大股東三安集團此次還將轉讓所持公司約9%的股份。根據上述協定，在協定的10年有效期內，華芯投資將支持三安光電III-V族化合物積體電路外延片與晶片的製造、封裝與設計流片，支持公司並購境內外同類產業相關的上下游企業，並推進其與三安集團及上市公司開展不超過25億美元的合作、推進設立積體電路發展專項基金。
與此同時，在海外市場，三安光電公也在積極促成與國外公司合作。例如與首爾半導體的合作，逐步佈局LED晶片海外代工業務。而在應用產品領域，三安與安信能源簽訂大額採購合作協定，據稱披露金額已達45個億。 (新聞來源：中國電子報)
