大陸工商聯：提高小微企業所得稅起征點

目前小微企業對於所得額低於6萬元人民幣的減半納稅，因為節省資金有限，工商聯建議將小微企業所得稅起征點提高到15萬元人民幣。此外，工商聯《關於明確村鎮銀行以直接參與者身份接入銀行支付系統的提案》建議，村鎮銀行與大銀行實現互聯互通。《推動民間資本參與農村金融體制改革加快城鄉發展一體化建設》提案建議，繼續放寬准入限制，提高民間資本注資城市商業銀行、農村信用社等地方中小金融機構的比重（目前為49%）。《完善中小微企業扶持政策促進實體經濟發展》建議，尤其對小微企業和困難企業稅收按一定比例緩徵或免征。（來源：21世紀經濟報導）
