PCB八雄 五路攻物聯網

物聯網加速硬體商機爆發，台系八家(欣興、華通、健鼎、金像電、先豐、楠梓電、臻鼎、泰鼎)印刷電路板廠配合客戶群下半年新品將上市，五路並進，搶搭物聯網相關車用電子、無人機、機器人、智慧家庭、穿戴裝置用板浪潮。
台廠研判，國際大廠爭相通過物聯網聯盟，加速終端硬體互聯與整合，在相關硬體新品將密集上市的情況下，預估物聯網終端裝置即將突破500億個，平均每人擁有聯網裝置將超越五個，將成為印刷電路板中高階製程（高密度連接板、多層板）的新出海口。
值得注意的是，車聯網用PCB更較無人機、機器人、穿戴裝置在目前擁有大而穩定的PCB用量，主要在感測器關鍵用板、先進駕駛輔助系統（ADAS）等領域帶動；其次則為智慧家庭相關PCB散熱板與網通板。
有兩岸PCB股王滬電加持的楠梓電積極搶進車聯網領域，至於非安全汽車電子應用，泰鼎則已先通過認證提前卡位，欣興則因應客戶需求強勁，既有昆山、德國廠將不敷使用，山東新廠目標今年內完成建置，明年進一步拉高汽車板產能。(新聞來源：經濟日報)
