大陸發改委：支持戰略性新興產業企業上市

大陸國家發改委發佈的最新資料顯示，新興產業全行業營業收入實現逆勢上漲。今年第一季度戰略性新興產業27個重點行業累計實現營業收入39643.7億元人民幣，同比增長11.1%。其中，工業部分營業收入增長10.1%，增速是工業總體增速的5倍，並比去年同期增速高0.4個百分點。新型電腦產品、電子器件產品、視聽設備、光纖光纜製造、航空航天器及設備製造、光伏設備及元器件製造等9個行業逆勢加速增長。
針對融資難等問題，大陸發改委將圍繞加快形成新增長點，加大發揮戰略性新興產業對穩增長、調結構支撐作用，結合戰略性新興產業發展全年工作安排，大陸國家發改委將積極推動創新財稅金融支援方式，引導社會資本更多投入新興產業。加快設立國家新興產業創投引導基金，進一步完善政府綠色採購政策，落實和完善研發費用加計扣除及高新技術企業認定政策，研究提出引導銀行業金融機構加大支持力度的政策措施，支持戰略性新興產業企業通過上市、發債、眾籌等方式融資。(新聞來源：證券日報)
