OM集團電子化學事業部新動作：任命新總經理+發佈IM-Gold OM2化學浸金

在剛結束的5月華東電路板暨表面貼裝展覽會(CTEX) 期間，OM集團電子化學事業部與日本高純度化學聯合發佈了IM-Gold OM2化學浸金。此產品解決了業界對PCB製造組裝工藝的堅固性和化鎳金(ENIG)表面處理的信賴性的日益嚴苛的需求.。IM-Gold OM2化學浸金包含專利“保護劑”，該保護劑可抑制金層沉積時的鎳層腐蝕，同時避免了下部鎳層在組裝的多次紅外線回流焊過程中遇到的氧化問題。
最終表面處理全球產品經理Jim Trainor聲明: IM-Gold OM2化學浸金擁有卓越的可靠性和可焊性，通過了最嚴格的二氧化硫氣體腐蝕性測試，及潤濕平衡，球剪切力 和拉力測試。同時，由於沉積的金層分佈更加均勻，有效節省了金鹽的成本。
