志超斥資2.57億新臺幣購日立化成八成股份

繼日系松下退出臺灣印刷電路板，日立化成也淡出，志超科技日宣佈斥資2.57億元新臺幣取得臺灣日立化成工業分割與減資後80％股權，敲定11月1為交割日，初步規畫擴展爭食汽車電子印刷電路板。
志超表示，基於拓展業務取得臺灣日立化成工業分割與減資感光膠片事業部、轉投資等項目後，其餘PCB事業的80％股權，看好日立化成本已擁有的汽車電子、光電控制PCB客戶、技術資源，長期也爭食機器人相關PCB市場，生產線、產能佈局也將朝優化。(新聞來源：中時電子報)
