PCB相關廠商 推力足遠景佳

PCB設備商志聖表示，掌上型裝置將持續帶動電子制程設備的成長，也刺激印刷電路板（PCB）的需求，隨著客戶提升產能，志聖結合集團蘇州創峰PCB幹、濕制程設備都已直接受惠。
此外，第一屆公司治理評鑒結果公佈，上櫃公司共595家參與評鑒，其中PCB設備商港建(TKK)評鑒成績排名上櫃公司前百分之五，將於近期接受公開表揚。
全球第2大鑽頭廠尖點也看好智慧型手機、平板電腦及伺服器帶來的材料、耗材商機，鎖定可攜式裝置、雲端運算及電腦相關的PCB鑽孔及成型應用，大幅提升FPC、IC基板、HDI及汽車板客戶生產效益；在任意層（Any Layer）HDI也提供雷射鑽孔代工及加工立體線路的特殊刀具，為客戶建構完整的解決方案。
大陸經濟正在調結構，許多台商也開始致力轉型與創新。健鼎（無錫）電子有限公司總經理黃樂仁表示，由於PCB進入門檻較低，在大陸的競爭日趨激烈，2012年以後的營業額明顯變慢。2014年雖然仍有4%左右增長，黃樂仁表示，穩增長外，公司需要朝向高科技、高附加價值產品轉型、調結構，以維持生存優勢。汽車面板、伺服器板、可攜式產品等將成為公司3大重要發展目標，其中汽車產品更是重中之重，2020年以後公司在汽車產品的營收比重，將從原來的15%提高到20%。(新聞來源：中時電子報)
