清華紫光25億美元收購惠普子公司

清華控股與惠普公司日前在北京宣佈達成合作，清華控股旗下紫光集團下屬子公司紫光股份有限公司，以不低於25億美元收購惠普公司旗下“新華三”公司51%的股權，成為該公司的控股股東。
此次收購完成後，“新華三”將成為惠普伺服器、存儲、網路產品和硬體支援服務在國內的獨家提供者，預計此次交易將於2015年底完成。
從產業發展來看，此次收購影響重大。IDC中國區總裁霍錦潔認為，本次收購對中國IT市場的影響意義深遠。它開創了國內外IT廠商合作新模式，也將對下一階段中國企業級市場的激烈競爭揭開新篇章。(新聞來源：網易新聞)
