大陸：國務院出臺政策大力促進電子商務發展

日前，大陸國務院印發《關於大力發展電子商務加快培育經濟新動力的意見》（以下簡稱《意見》），部署進一步促進電子商務創新發展。
《意見》提出了七方面的政策措施。一是營造寬鬆發展環境，降低准入門檻，合理降稅減負，加大金融服務支援，維護公平競爭。二是促進就業創業，鼓勵電子商務領域就業創業，加強人才培養培訓，保障從業人員勞動權益。三是推動轉型升級，創新服務民生方式，推動傳統商貿流通企業發展電子商務，積極發展農村電子商務，創新工業生產組織方式，推廣金融服務新工具，規範網路化金融服務新產品。四是完善物流基礎設施，支援物流配送終端及智慧物流平臺建設，規範物流配送車輛管理，合理佈局物流倉儲設施。五是提升對外開放水準，加強電子商務國際合作，提升跨境電子商務通關效率，推動電子商務走出去。六是構築安全保障防線，保障電子商務網路安全，確保電子商務交易安全，預防和打擊電子商務領域違法犯罪。七是健全支撐體系，健全法規標準體系，加強信用體系建設，強化科技與教育支撐，協調推動區域電子商務發展。(新聞來源：中國科技投資)
