DEKRA在臺灣成立驗證合資企業

DEKRA 在臺灣地區及中國大陸地區成立合資企業，進一步擴展其分支機搆。新成立的合資企業專注于電動車、IT、電訊和 LED 照明應用中的電子故障分析與環境可靠度驗證。2015年5月11日，DEKRA 與位於臺灣新竹的宜特科技股份有限公司（下稱：iST）簽署戰略合資協定，成立 DEKRA iST 可靠度驗證服務，DEKRA 擁有51%股權。
“本次並購對於 DEKRA 亞洲地區的產品測試業務來說是關鍵性的一步，極大提升了我們的戰略市場客戶服務，”DEKRA SE 集團董事成員Ivo Rauh說道，“我們的客戶將從我們的安全專業知識中不斷獲益，即使在更早於產品研發階段也是如此。結合 DEKRA 為眾多國際生產商服務的經驗，加之 iST 完善的作業流程，雙方合作是一完美絕佳的結合。” DEKRA全球事業部主席 Bert Zoetbrood 說，“DEKRA 在全球領域繼續擴大電子測試方面業務的潛力巨大，與宜特的合作極大鞏固了我們在電子測試認證領域的地位，尤其是汽車電子供應鏈、消費電子與照明產業等高速發展的產業，可以說意義非凡。(新聞來源：東方網)
