陸政策變數 NB電路板廠擬轉進越南

台系NB板廠今天透露，日前大陸國務院《62號文》出爐，要求地方政府清理各項稅收優惠，已影響台商在大西部的投資腳步，相關投資暫緩，且逐客戶而居，正評估轉進越南當地擴充產能。
目前重慶為大陸NB製造生產重鎮，志超等台系PCB板廠原定今年在第2季四川遂寧的新產能開出，但目前已略有暫緩，最快第3季才有新產能挹注。志超表示，看光電板需求本季仍是相當樂觀，至於PC/NB板方面的產能擴充仍看客戶實際需求而定，越南方面也確實具備勞動力上的優勢。
NB板大廠瀚宇博在今年首季因認列轉投資精成科投資損失而由盈轉虧，精成科正是因區域市場政策變化而補提稅等相關費用。回應外界關注，瀚宇博今天則表示，是否轉進大陸以外區域生產仍視客戶實際變動而考慮，公司在五六前已多次考察越南當地生態，但當時未設廠。(新聞來源：經濟日報)
