大陸：《2016-2020年新能源汽車推廣應用財政支持政策》發佈

2015年4月29日,財政部、科技部、工業和資訊化部、發展改革委(以下簡稱四部委)聯合發佈《關於2016-2020年新能源汽車推廣應用財政支持政策的通知》。
為保持政策連續性,促進新能源汽車產業加快發展,按照《國務院辦公廳關於加快新能源汽車推廣應用的指導意見》(國辦發〔2014〕35號)等檔要求,將在2016-2020年繼續實施新能源汽車推廣應用補助政策。
據悉，《通知》中的補貼標準與退坡幅度差異較大。2016年補貼標準:續航里程100≤R<150的純電動乘用車補貼RMB2.5萬元(徵求意見稿:RMB3.2萬元);插電式混合動力乘用車補貼RMB3萬元(徵求意見稿:RMB3.2萬元);2017-2018年在2016年基礎上下降20%(徵求意見稿:10%),2019-2020年在2016年基礎上下降40%(徵求意見稿:20%)。《徵求意見稿》補貼退坡年均降幅為5%,《通知》則低於預期為10%。(新聞來源：中國新聞網)
