大陸用工成本上調 5月1日起粵企業職工最低工資標準上調

近年來，大陸勞動力成本不斷上升，讓一些企業倍感壓力。近日，廣東省人力資源和社會保障部又對外公告，5月1日起，廣東將調整企業職工最低工資標準和非全日制職工最低工資標準，平均增幅19%。
據悉，本次調整仍保持四類標準。其中廣州市執行最高的第一類標準，為RMB1895元/月，對應的非全日制職工小時最低工資標準為RMB18.3元/小時；第二類標準為RMB1510元/月，執行地區為珠海、佛山、東莞、中山市，對應的非全日制職工小時最低工資標準為RMB14.4元/小時，其中珠海在此標準的基礎上上調到RMB1650元/月、RMB15.8元/小時；第三類標準為RMB1350元/月，執行地區為汕頭、惠州、江門、肇慶市，對應的非全日制職工小時最低工資標準為RMB13.3元/小時；第四類標準為RMB1210元/月，執行地區為韶關、河源、梅州等十一市，對應的非全日制職工小時最低工資標準為RMB12元/小時。
此外，人力資源和社會保障部門將在新標準開始施行後，開展最低工資標準執行情況專項執法檢查，督促企業嚴格執行新標準。(新聞來源：國際線上)
