三星半導體在紮根大陸 形成完整產業鏈

4月15日，三星電子（蘇州）半導體有限公司新型生產線“I LINE”竣工。而在一天之前的4月14日，三星（中國）半導體有限公司在西安也隆重舉行了封裝測試生產線竣工投運儀式。 這不僅意味著三星半導體全業態生產鏈在大陸正式形成，也意味著三星在大陸的發展戰略正不斷朝著高端製造以及高科技轉移。
早在2014年5月9日，三星西安半導體工廠正式量產，生產最新型的存儲晶片V-Nand。這個一期投資達到70億美元的存儲晶片專案，是三星有史以來最大的海外投資專案，同時生產的產品也具有世界頂尖技術水準。
而位於西安高新區綜合保稅區的三星（中國）半導體有限公司，是把生產與封裝測試集合於一體的生產園區。這標誌著三星（中國）半導體有限公司將成為集存儲晶片生產、封裝、測試於一體的半導體綜合生產園區，半導體生產領域全業態在西安高新區正式形成。
除了高效的自動化生產模式之外，三星半導體積極推進從產品的研發、原材料的購買，到產品的生產和銷售，全部在大陸實現,形成當地完結型經營模式。(新聞來源：經濟參考報)
