夏普為自救引三星1.1億美元入股

近年來，由於液晶面板、電視機以及太陽能電池等主力產品業績滑坡，夏普不得不通過出售股權等形式尋求自救。近日，韓國三星電子和日本夏普雙雙宣佈達成資本合作協定，三星將向夏普出資約104億日元（約合1.1億美元）收購後者3%的股份。這也是在競爭激烈的消費電子行業中，韓日企業間的首次資本合作。(來源：京華時報)
