長江中游城市群發展規劃獲批復

大陸國務院日前批復同意《長江中游城市群發展規劃》（以下簡稱《規劃》）。長江中游城市群是以武漢城市圈、環長株潭城市群、環鄱陽湖城市群為主體形成的特大型城市群，國土面積約31.7萬平方公里，承東啟西、連南接北，在大陸區域發展格局中佔有重要地位。《規劃》明確了推進長江中游城市群發展的指導思想和基本原則，提出了打造中國大陸經濟發展新增長極、中西部新型城鎮化先行區、內陸開放合作示範區、“兩型”社會建設引領區的戰略定位，以及到2020年和2030年兩個階段的發展目標。
《規劃》同時提出六個方面的重點任務。一是城鄉統籌發展。強化武漢、長沙、南昌的中心城市地位，依託沿江、滬昆和京廣、京九、二廣等重點軸線，形成多中心、網路化發展格局，促進省際毗鄰城市合作發展，推動城鄉發展一體化。二是基礎設施互聯互通。三是產業協調發展。四是共建生態文明。五是公共服務共用。六是深化對外開放。
批復要求，《規劃》實施要以全面深化改革為動力，推動完善開放合作、互利共贏、共建共用的一體化發展機制，走新型城鎮化道路，著力推進城鄉、產業、基礎設施、生態文明、公共服務“五個協同發展”，積極探索科學發展、和諧發展、轉型發展、合作發展新路徑和新模式，努力將長江中游城市群建設成為長江經濟帶重要支撐、大陸經濟新增長極和具有一定國際影響的城市群。（新聞來源：搜狐新聞）
