重慶液晶面板產業發力 京東方投產328億人民幣

4月8日，京東方重慶8.5代新型半導體顯示器件及系統專案，在重慶兩江新區水土工業開發區舉行產品投產暨客戶交付活動。該項目總投資328億人民幣，為重慶近年來最大投資項目。
此次投產的京東方項目被官方稱為“當今中國大陸單個專案投資最大的液晶面板專案”。該產線設計產能為每月9萬片玻璃基板投片量，用於生產手機、平板電腦、筆記型電腦和電視用顯示模組。據悉，京東方重慶第8.5代TFT-LCD生產線已吸引液空、住友、東進等17家上下游企業就近配套。
液晶面板行業是重慶市政府確定的十大戰略性新興產業之一，上下游加起來，將形成千億產值。
重慶大力發展液晶面板，與其支柱產業之一電子資訊產業的發展密切相關，同時，重慶電子資訊產業發展形成的市場空間也對液晶面板企業具有強大吸引力。重慶市市長黃奇帆稱：“重慶每年有9000萬個手機需要面板，6000多萬台筆記型電腦需要面板，還有2000多萬台的各種顯示器需要面板，進一步我們還在生產大尺寸的電視機、課堂、教師用的顯示幕，各種公共場合的顯示幕” 黃奇帆亦認為，大力發展液晶面板還有助於調整大陸進出口結構，現在大陸一年的液晶面板進口要消耗12800億美元，是第三大進口產品，並會進一步上升。根據京東方此前所做的市場預估，2015年，全球顯示器需求預計為1.35億台。（新聞來源：經濟報）
