PCB設備廠揚博Q2訂單已接滿

在2014年PCB產業趨於復蘇同時，相關設備廠業績都有向上成長的表現，如PCB制程設備廠揚博科技在2014年都向上成長；而揚博科技在2015年首季營收5.71億元並較去年同期成長8%，同時，今年第2季訂單已接滿，目前正在接第3季的訂單之中。
而就2015年開年以來業務動態而言，揚博科技主管指出，雖然市場對於PCB業的復蘇趨於更加樂觀，但就目前揚博的接單狀況來看，仍與2014年初相較並沒有更加火熱。這主要由於去年受惠PCB廠對於HDI制程擴張產生對於設備的需求，形成營收的成長。(新聞來源：百能網)
